Return Policy

Our goal at House of CAYA is to make sure you love what you purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we will accept your return within 14 days of receiving your order. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a store credit that never expires.

Return Options

You have two convenient ways to return your online purchase:

  • By Mail — Ship your item back using a Shopify-generated return label. The cost of the label will be deducted from your store credit.

  • In Store — Bring your item and your order confirmation to our store within 14 days of delivery. In-store returns are free — no shipping cost.


How to Start a Return by Mail

  1. Log into your account at houseofcaya.com and find your order.

  2. Click “Request Return” and select the item(s) you wish to return.

  3. Once your return is approved, you will receive an email with your return shipping label.

  4. Pack your item securely and drop it off with the carrier listed on your label.

  5. Once we receive and inspect your return, store credit will be issued within 3–5 business days.


Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, all items must meet the following conditions:

  • Item must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • Item must be in original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

  • Shoes must be returned in their original box with all original packaging.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


Final Sale Items

The following items are Final Sale and are not eligible for return or store credit:

  • Jewelry

  • Sunglasses

  • Beauty products

  • Items marked “Sale” or “Final Sale” at the time of purchase


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at houseofcaya@yahoo.com with your order number and photos of the item. We will do our best to make it right.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item following the steps above and place a new order for the item you would like.

All online orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.
