Part Two Borgnette Strapless Maxi Dress

This strapless maxi dress by Part Two features a fitted bodice and softly gathered skirt. Defined by a minimalist straight neckline, the dress features a smooth texture and elegant, elongated silhouette. The length can be adjusted based on the amount of fold over at the top of dress.  It can be worn as drop waist or above the waist.
